What do you typically charge?

I do have a set hourly rate, however, I take into consideration the project and look at the entire scope of that project to make an educated estimate.  I am very realistic when it comes to the cost of my work, we are not all millionaires and have budgets to stay within and I am mindful of your budget.  That being said, you also get what you pay for.  If you want something that is going to professionally represent your business or organization and stand the test of time, then it is worth the investment!

What is your turnaround time like?

We live in an instant gratification world, we are all busy, busy, busy, (myself included!).  I know one of the reasons you are contacting me is to get something done as soon as you can.  Being in the design world for quite some time now has enabled me to produce a quality product within a reasonable amount of time.  When signing on with me for a project, I give an estimated date of completion and work with you to ensure we hit that deadline as close as we can. 

Can you accept a "rush job"?

Absolutely!  As I mentioned, we are all busy and sometimes situations arise that we don't have a lot of control over.  If a client needs something in a hurry then I feel it is my job to help them out and get them what they need, when they need it.  There will be a rush fee but again, I am very realistic with the cost and will be upfront with you... and please be assured that the quality will not be compromised due to the rush!  Rush jobs are available with pretty much everything that you may need, not just design, but products as well.

Will you come and meet with me to discuss a project or do we just email and talk on the phone?

Depending on the project and situation, I will be glad to come and meet with you.  I know that you are busy with work and don't have time to be out and about gathering information/quotes, etc.  (However, if you need a break from the office, we can meet for a cup of coffee and discuss business!)  I will work with you to find a date and time that is convenient for you.  I am flexible to your needs.  If it is a simpler project that you would like to handle via email and phone, we can certainly do that as well! 

Do I need to sign a contract?

Yes.  I have a standard contract that I ask be signed for larger projects. It's a great way to give clarification to both myself and you, the client, so we can hopefully avoid any confusion throughout the project.
